Return Policy:
No Risk Shopping at Star Safety
We're sure you'll be completely satisfied with your item. However, if there is a problem we do accept returns of unopened and unused product.
1. Before you return, contact us at 214-570-1000 for instructions and your return shipping label. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted or will be subject to a $10 administration fee.
2. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. We do not accept returns after this point.
3. We will email you a return shipping label to apply to your package and drop off at your nearest Fedex Location. The return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
4. The return must be received by us within 30 days of receipt of your order for a refund.
5. Upon receipt of your return, it will be inspected and if we can sell it again, we will refund your money less shipping charges to you and return shipping charges.
6. If you had special pricing on a bulk order, a restocking fee may apply. Some special large orders are final sales.
7. Custom orders such as imprinted work wear are not eligible for return.
8. Sorry, but closeout and liquidation clearance specials may not be returned.
9. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
Payment Policy:
We accept: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal, E-Check, Google Checkout, Money Orders / Checks through our checkout. We also accept Purchase Orders from companies with accounts set up. To set up an account, visit our Contact page to retrieve the business account application. Sales tax is charged in Texas.
Shipping Policy:
We ship using various ground services at our discretion. Incorrect addresses will be assessed address correction fees. No PO Boxes.
95% of orders are processed and leave our warehouse in 1-3 business days. If for some reason your item is on back order or is a special order item, we will contact you shortly after your order is placed with updated delivery information. You will have an option to cancel your order for a full refund at that time. In general, you may expect your order within 3-10 days.

If you order a special item, we will contact you shortly after your order with approx. delivery times. » Expedited ShippingWe offer UPS Overnight, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day select during checkout. We do NOT guarantee ship date, nor arrival date. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us first for best shipping estimates. » Free Shipping at $750Free shipping is available to the continental US but may not apply to all items. A shipping credit may be offered to destinations outside this area for orders over $750. Please give us a call for eligibility. » Do you ship internationally?We ship to many countries outside of the US including Canada and most of Europe. We utilize UPS International services. Sorry - we won't use postal services for international shipments. » International Duties and TaxesPlease note that all duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. If you need to set up an account, please fill out our quick application or contact us by phone. » Where do I send my payment?If you choose to pay via check or money order, please complete your order online. Payment instructions and your total will be provided to you.
» How do I cancel an order?If you placed the order online, you may cancel it once you login and view your account. Otherwise please call as soon as possible. We process orders every hour and once your order has shipped, we can no longer cancel it. » Is it safe to order online?We utilize the latest in technology possible to ensure a secure transaction. Authorize.net is our credit card processor. We employ HackerSafe to scan our site every day to alert of potential weakness.
» How do I exchange a product?Give us a call for an RA number. We're happy to exchange your item for you if it is in new and unopened condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
» Is my information safe with you?Most definitely. We use SSL technology online for your security. We also never sell or rent our customer's information. Ever. Never. We won't do it.
